Are you getting spammed?
We have been getting a rash of comlaints lately that a company by our name is sending out spam. It's not us.

We are Just One of Several Companies Doing Business as Internet Marketing Solutions.

My company has a very strong anti-spam policy. In fact, we join your fight against spammers. There are several companies in the US doing business as Internet Marketing Solutions. Even more likely, the actual spammers are merely using an alias and chose this generic name to better hide their true identity.
 
By the way, attempting to opt out of a mailing list is often counter productive since it may serve only to verify that your email is real. Here are a couple of articles that might help you in fighting spam.
