This is a control center screen shot for a sample Harbeck Real-Learning course. In just three steps a course administrator can organize, distribute, and implement courses for 5 or 5,000 employees. Any employee who can get access to a computer can self-administrate and complete this course quickly and independently. Employee progress is centrally monitored on the simple grid below. With participating supervisors involved, near 100% completion is assured.

Organizational training of this sort can be quite disruptive and expensive but the Harbeck system leaves a tiny footprint. Administrative time, employee time and supervisory time are all surprisingly minimal. Even record keeping is fully automated and requires negligible effort.
