In order to use the free job posting coupon, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.diversity.com, the Diversity.com homepage
2. Click on enter here and then on “New Employer”
3. Follow the directions for registering;
4. After you have completed the registration process and entered your own user name and password, you will go to the check-out page. At the check-out page where it asks for your coupon name, enter one of the following coupon names:
   • Friends
   • Friends1
   • Friends2

Completing this process will post credits to your account for two ads for sixty days each.
