Selma MyersSelma Myers, M.A., is co-author of Trainer's Guides Managing Cultural Diversity; Beyond Awareness (Skills for Managing a Culturally Diverse Workforce); Gender at Work (Improving Relationships); Culture and Career Transitions; and co-author of a handbook for Mediators, Mediation Across Cultures.
Ms. Myers, President of Intercultural Development Inc., specializes in diversity training for government, education and industry, consulting with such clients as Hewlett Packard, Northern Telecom, Levi Strauss, Salk Institute, etc. She was a Fulbright Senior Lecturer and consultant in South America, taught American Culture to professors at the Beijing Institute of Technology, and to foreign businessmen at Harvard University. She often presents this topic at national and international conferences, in addition to teaching at several universities.
Jonamay Lambert
Jonamay Lambert, M.A., is co-author of Trainer's Guides Managing Cultural Diversity; Beyond Awareness (Skills for Managing a Culturally Diverse Workforce); Gender at Work (Improving Relationships) and Culture and Career Transitions.
Ms. Lambert is the founder of Lambert & Associates, a diversity training and consulting firm. She has extensive consulting experience in needs assessment, designing diversity curriculums and conducting training programs for employees at all levels. Her clients have included AT&T, Baxter Health Care Corporation, Allstate Insurance Company and Northern Trust Company. She frequently speaks, leads seminars and makes presentations throughout the Chicago area. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Education.
